I've had my red Nabisco Mayflower cooky tin for so long that I don't remember when I got it or if it had cookies in it to begin with. The box says the cooky weight is three pounds. It measures 9" x 8 1/2" x 4" high. The illustrations themselves convey loads of info WRT the Mayflower and sister ship Speedwell as well as the Mayflower's journey.
